Submission Procedure:
  1. This is a DOUBLE BLIND REVIEW PROCESS. Do NOT include author names nor affiliation information in your paper.
  2. All authors MUST adhere to the guidelines on concealing their identity as outlined on the author info page. Ensure your submission meets these guidelines.
  3. Prepare your submission in PDF format using our templates.
  4. View the Track List
  5. You will need each author's information (email, affiliation, etc) to complete the submission process. Have this information ready before proceeding.
  6. NOTE: Authors are required to make their presentation in person at the conference venue. There will not be a hybrid or remote presentation option for this conference.


    7. IEEE takes the protection of intellectual property seriously. Accordingly, all submissions will be screened for plagiarism. By submitting your work you agree to allow IEEE to screen your work.

    IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
