Submission Procedure:
  1. THIS IS A BLIND REVIEW PROCESS. Do NOT include author names nor affiliation information in your Digest.
  2. Carefully follow all of the instructions on the Author Information page to to prepare your digest.
    Caution – Failure to comply with the instructions can result in outright rejection of your digest
  3. Prepare your submission in PDF format using our templates.
  4. View the Track List
  5. You will need each author's information (email, affiliation, etc) to complete the submission process. Have this information ready before proceeding.
  6. Authors, you must disclose use of AI generated text. See IEEE guideline for Author Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Generated Text

    7. IEEE takes the protection of intellectual property seriously. Accordingly, all submissions will be screened for plagiarism. By submitting your work you agree to allow IEEE to screen your work.

    IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
