  • TWO-PAGE ABSTRACTS in appropriate format will qualify for peer-reviewed publication in IEEE Xplore if accepted for presentation at the conference.
  • A TWO-PAGE ABSTRACT is required for the initial publication peer review, even if you intend to submit an extended paper after the conference.

Use our templates to meet formatting requirements below. Your paper must comply with the following specifications:

  • Paper Length: 2 pages (maximum)
  • Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11"), alternatively A4 (210mm X 297mm)

Additional Requirements:

If your paper is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following requirements:

  • For each accepted submission, at least one of the authors must register to present it at the conference at the full rate, OR a student rate where appropriate. Life Member and Retiree registrations do not qualify.
  • IEEE policy requires you to file a copyright release for each accepted submission. Without a copyright release on file, your paper CANNOT be published. Further instructions will be included in your decision email.
  • Accepted abstracts presented at the meeting will have their title and author names published in the conference proceedings. For any publication of the abstract itself, in original or extended format, a final proceedings paper must be submitted.
  • Final paper submissions will be reviewed per the policy of 8.2.2 in IEEE Publication Services and Products Board Operations Manual, amended 25 June 2026.
  • Final paper publication (in the IEEE proceedings or IEEE Xplore), requires at least one author to register for the conference at full rate. A full-rate registration supports the publication of up to two papers.
  • IEEE reserves the right to exclude a submission from distribution after the conference, including removal from IEEE Xplore, if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and/or quality, or if it was not presented at the conference.
