Abstract:
Coherent population trapping (CPT) clock based on cold atoms has been demonstrated a high mid-long-term frequency stability performance. In this study, we report the progress of developing a cold atom physical package based on a grating chip and compact vacuum chamber for cold atom CPT clock. The proposed compact physical package can be leveraged to realize cold atom clocks.
