Abstract:
Our first 171Yb optical lattice clock (KRISS-Yb1) has regularly contributed to steering the International Atomic Time (TAI) as a secondary representation of the SI second (SRS). In 2022 for 11 months, the local time (UTC(KRIS)) was steered by KRISS-Yb1. We will briefly overview the updated status of KRISS-Yb1 and the plans to improve the stability of UTC(KRIS).
