Important Deadlines:

Submissions:

ALL submissions must be made on-line from this web site.
Email submissions will NOT be accepted.
If you are making multiple submissions, you only need to create one web account. Use the same account (User name & Password) for any additional submissions.
If you need to edit any author information or resubmit your presentation, it may be done up until the submission deadline.

Presentation Specifications:

There are two files that must be submitted. Your Presentation is to be submitted on-line at this web site. Your Endorsement is to be emailed. See the template page to download the needed template files.
Your PowerPoint presentation file must be uploaded on this submission web-site. Your PowerPoint presentation file consists of the following:

One slide that lists the research area, title of research, student's name, department, university, contact information, awarded degrees, degree now being pursued, advisor's name, position, and contact information.
Additional slides, as described in the ISSCC SRP presentation file template (slides 2-to-6).
5 slides that describe your research. References must be made to authors' and others' earlier work.
If you plan to present a demo during the poster presentation, please include two slides describing the demo.

The second file is an endorsement letter which the student's advisor must fill out and email directly to the SRP co-chair, Prof. Jerald Yoo
Acceptable File Formats: Powerpoint (.pptx) ONLY
Allowed file sizes: 10 MB maximum
Do NOT apply security settings to your file
Note: Deviations from the above specifications could impede the review process and result in automatic rejection.
