    Your special session proposal should be submitted as a PDF file using our required template.

  • Download the ECCE 2025 special session proposal template and complete all required sections.
  • Have the contact information for presenting speaker(s): name, affiliation, mailing address, telephone number, and email address readily available.
  • A summary of no more than 1200 characters describing your your session proposals significance.
  • File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
  • Allowed File Size: 10 MB
